 IT Manager/ Supervisor/ Technician 5 Positions
Interact with all company IT staff on a daily basis assisting with troubleshooting and problem solving when able. 2.Provide IT Technicians the assistance required, to perform their jobs. 3.React appropriately in case of power failure that causes system failure or loss of functionality. 3.Ensure all users treat hardware appropriately, in forming the IT Manager when this is not happening. 4.Provide users access to the appropriate Printers/ Plotters available to their department. 5.Assisting IT staff from Italy when required. 6.Provide the IT Manager any assistance required including, but not limited to, software installation, machine installation, and user assistance.
