ZARA Management Trainee – Middle Level 1 Position
Job Responsibilities :
The Management trainee will work on floor in the shop and start learning sales associate’s duties at the beginning level and will be trained in operation skills and management skills to be promoted to higher levels of position of management team in the future based on the performance.
The management trainee will be a fast track of promotion in career path if she/he reaches required skills. The opportunity is to become our potential management member.

Female
Age 25 - 30
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Fashion, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
Advanced computer Skill, Good leadership Skill
Able to work flexible hours and on weekends
Able to work at shop in the Department Store
Strong service minded, Open-minded, hardworking, well-organized, fashion interested
Willing to learn and grow with the company
Good command in English both spoken and written
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Positive attitude and self motivated
