Commercial Specialist           1    Position


- Develop the Thailand 5-years sales plan based on customer information, the automotive market forecast and JCI regional sales strategy.
- Responsible to be the key contacts for our existing customer to ensure the customer?s request are promptly and satisfactorily responded.
- Assist in developing strategic action plans to maintain and win existing customers program as well as the new model rollout. This includes cost-down plan, pricing strategy and competitive conditions.
- Conduct competitive analysis of company product lines.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to reduce costs and to design in cost efficiencies in the product.
- Develop and maintain close working relationship with potential customers. Obtain precise market information on future customer program launch plan and vehicles volume.
- Support intra-regional sales for Thailand customers.
- Identify new business opportunity and recommend new products introduction to meet market requirement.
- Provide relevant information to the Team during the quotation and pricing process. Lead the Phase-1 review approval process with the Management.
- Prepare presentations to support all quotations that must be presented to the customer.
- Respond to customers Request for Quote in a timely manner and continuous follow through. Provide responsive feedback to management in formulating next action plan.
- Developing the annual sales budget and Profit Plan plan. Provide monthly sales forecast update.
- Support the service parts customer?s sales.
- Commercially handle customer special orders and aftermarket (but not include prototype in development stage). This includes developing quotation to commercial manager for approval and price negotiation with customer when required.
- Abide by all company policies on safety, environment, ethical conduct and JCI BOS.


Qualification:
Male or Female
University degree in Accounting, Engineering, Finance or related field.An advanced Degree (MBA) or Machanical Engineering is preferred.
minimum 5 years experience related to Automotive Sales/Marketing or Project Management in a Manufacturing environment is preferred.
Proficiency in English language skills required.Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Good analytical skills to evaluate complex situation and provide creative solution.
Able to work under pressure environment and like in challenge job / assignment.Good Team Working.
