 Project Manager 2 Positions
Urgent Required
Report directly to General Manager, this position is to manage and control the approved Annual Marketing Plan and Budget of the assigned products (Fruit) and to provide the marketing support activities to the sales team in order for them to achieve the approved sales target of the assigned products, and the effective budget utilization.
• Set up and propose the Annual Marketing Plan/Budget/Action Plan/Promotional Activity Plan for
the assigned products for high-level approval
• Manage, control, and implement the approved marketing/promotional activities of the assigned
products and ensure all are comply with legal, corporate and ethical standards
• Visit opinion leaders/customers to gather market/technical information, and maintains good
relationship
• Coordinate with selected opinion leaders, concerned Agriculture Representatives, regulatory
personnel, and concerned personnel on “Market/Farmer Trial” implementation process
• Coordinate with external parties, concerned government agencies and suppliers, on the
preparation and production of gimmicks, product registration, promotional materials, etc.
• Keep up-to-date on the technical/product knowledge and information and provide such
knowledge, consultation, and on-the-job training for the sales team
• Actively participate in sales/marketing meetings, review periodical sales/marketing reports and
forms prepared by the sales team, and summarize such information in own reports for
further reference
• Coordinates with logistic personnel to monitor the inventory status of the assigned products
• Reviews complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products and take appropriate action in
a timely manner

| Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in International Marketing or related filed | | 5-7 years up experience in Marketing, experience work for government is an advantage | | Good knowledge of International Trade marketing especially China trade prefers event management skill. | | Good knowledge about products agriculture is an advantaged. | | Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese. | | Negotiation capability, enthusiastic and hard working | | Able to go overseas | | Detail-oriented and Self-motivated | | Self-disciplined, Initiative | | Have strong communication skills |
